Thank you for taking an interest in joining IMPOWER. My name is Deborah Crossan and I am the Managing Director leading our work in adult social care, children’s social care, inclusion and SEND. I am passionate about supporting local authorities and their partners to improve public services and enable people to live their best life, whilst making best use of the public sector pound. I am excited to be advertising this opportunity and to bring a committed and passionate person into the team to lead on our Adults work.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Senior Leadership team as Director for Adults. You will have experience of working in a management consultancy and working for / with the public sector on adult social care improvement. You will be passionate about supporting local authorities and their partners to identify and deliver sustainable complex change. You will have a strong network and are able to leverage it to sell to the sector. You will be an exceptional leader yourself, able to inspire and work with others within the business to develop propositions and deliver projects and programmes. You will have a strong understanding of latest government policies and what they mean for adult social care. You will have an innovation mindset and be able to draw on your experience and insights to deliver innovation within the company and sector.
